CitiQuest Toledo was founded in 2023 by Dan Nester after a burden was placed on his heart for the City of Toledo. Motivated by a desire to preserve Toledo’s architectural heritage, Dan launched CitiQuest with a mission to preserve the city’s historic buildings.
In 2023, CitiQuest partnered with Crane Development to invest in and restore the historic Sam Oaken Produce Building at 33 N Huron Street—bringing new life to a cherished building.
Most recently, CitiQuest acquired the Bassett Nut Building at 43 S Huron Street. Plans are underway to thoughtfully renovate the space while maintaining its historic character, transforming it into a new office for Polaris Logistics Group.
CitiQuest is more than a real estate company—it’s a passionate effort to preserve Toledo one building at a time.
